At the FMB, members are at the heart of how we operate. Regional boards are made up of elected members who help guide the organisation’s direction and ensure decisions are grounded in the real experiences of builders across the UK.

Right now, voting is open for many of those regional boards.

Why it matters

The regional is where the member voice is represented. It’s how local challenges and ideas feed into national policy and strategy. It’s also where the FMB ensures it stays relevant to the people it exists to support: small and medium-sized builders.

If you want your region to be well represented, if you care about how the FMB supports members in your area, voting is a way to make that happen.

How to vote

You may have received an email from mi-voice with a personalised link. But if not, you can still vote by clicking on your Region below. If you use one of the links above, you’ll need to enter your postcode and membership number before casting your vote.

Region
2025 voting deadline

North West 6 June 2025
Northern Counties 6 June 2025
Northern Ireland 12 June 2025

Southern Counties 2 June 2025
Wales 24 June 2025

Please note that London is not holding elections this time.

Whether you’ve been involved before or this is your first time voting, I’d strongly encourage you to take part. It's one of the most direct ways to make sure your voice, and your business’s needs, are represented in the work the FMB does every day.

Thanks for taking a moment to do it.
